It's probably a body double of her and not actually her nipple. The shots from into the blue were the whole reason I bought the movie.

Oh, I was not saying that the nipple shot was from out of the blue, merely the fact that the nipple shot was probably a body double. As far as out of the blue goes, the movie sucked but the scenery (Jessica Alba) was worth it.

Well, it seems that Jessica Alba wasn't exactly happy about being put on the cover. Something about tricking guys into thinking she was naked inside, according to The Smoking Gun. So what's a girl gonna do? Sue the bastards!
Actress Jessica Alba, who appears in a bikini on the cover of Playboy's March issue, is threatening to sue the magazine, claiming that Hugh Hefner & Co. are trying to make it seem that she appears in a "nude or semi-nude pictorial." In a February 23 legal threat letter, a copy of which you'll find below, Alba's lawyer demands that Playboy cease distributing the magazine and provide the 25-year-old actress with a "monetary settlement" for its unauthorized use of her image for commercial purposes. According to Brian Wolf, Alba's counsel, the venerable men's magazine has caused the young star "immeasurable harm" by placing her on its cover (Alba appears next to a cover line billboarding a story on the 25 sexiest celebrities). Wolf charges that Playboy initially offered to pay Alba to appear on the cover, but that they were flatly turned down. The magazine, he added, then resorted to a ruse to obtain a promotional photo of a bikini-clad Alba from Columbia Pictures. That sultry image, from the film "Into the Blue," appears on Playboy's cover.

LOS ANGELES - Film star Jessica Alba demanded Playboy magazine pull its March issue from newsstands, saying Thursday that its editors made her an unwitting cover girl and misled readers into thinking they could see her nude inside.
Lawyers for Alba sent Playboy a letter threatening to sue if it did not remove the issue -- which features a publicity photo of the bikini-clad actress on the cover -- from the stands and pay for damages to her reputation and career.
“Playboy has violated my personal rights and blatantly misled the public, who might think I had given them permission to put me on their cover when I didn’t,” Alba, 24, said in a statement. “I hope that they will think twice before they try to do this to someone else.”
Alba’s lawyers say that after the “Fantastic Four” film star refused to pose for Playboy, the magazine tricked Sony Pictures into giving it a publicity photo from her 2005 film ”Into the Blue” for the cover.
Playboy added to the deception when it placed its bunny logo on Alba’s bikini top in the photo, her lawyer said.
In the Feb. 23 letter, which was made public on the Smoking Gun Web site, attorney Brian Wolf said Playboy sought to create the false impression that Alba would appear in revealing pictures inside the magazine.
A Sony attorney also has written to Playboy, saying in a Feb. 24 letter that the magazine duped them into supplying the picture of Alba wearing a bikini and sporting a belly ring.
A Playboy spokeswoman said Alba was placed on the cover after being chosen “sexiest star of the year” by its readers. She was included inside the magazine in an article on the top 25 sexiest celebrities as chosen in an online poll.

LOS ANGELES — Jessica Alba's dispute with Playboy is over. The 24-year-actress has dropped her demand that the magazine pull its March issue after receiving a letter of apology from founder Hugh Hefner.
Alba was upset because she had not agreed to be on the cover and she worried it may have led readers to believe she appears nude or partially nude in the magazine.
"I appreciate Mr. Hefner's acknowledgment of the distress caused by Playboy's actions, and I'm happy to put this unfortunate event behind me," Alba said in a statement Tuesday. "This was never about money, it was about setting the record straight about something that was done without my knowledge or consent."
Playboy also made donations to two charities Alba supports. Her spokesman, Brad Cafarelli, declined to disclose the amount donated to Keep A Child Alive and Until There's A Cure.
"Hef felt bad that Jessica was upset and apologized for unintentionally hurting her feelings. We're happy the matter has been amicably resolved," said Playboy spokeswoman Lauren Malone.
On the March cover, Alba was shown in a bikini next to the headline "25 Sexiest Celebrities." Alba's attorneys told Playboy the magazine used the photo meant to promote the movie "Into the Blue" without her consent

Lesson 2, learn how to shoot your digital camera with your arms naturally at your side. Lesson 3, learn to edit the pics you took, especially from the odd angles they were taken. A situation like that I would have walked away with 20 - 30 pics in a 2 minute period.
