Doctor Who

I'm Sci-Fi fan, Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, Farscape, Firefly if it was on TV I probably watched it over and over again.

except for Dr. Who I never got into that show, it wasn't the low budget or the camp-humor, I just never found it all that interesting. . .

until now.
the new Who is really very good, I still think the Daleks and Cybermen are silly as "bad guys"
but David Tennant is a fine actor that makes the Doctor Who concept enjoyable to view, and along with eye candy like Billie Piper and Catherine Tate to name but two.
I can hardly wait for Friday

to sum up you should give Doctor Who a chance even if you were never a Who-head
you might be pleasantly surprised.

I LOVE Dr Who. I watched it as a child. David Tennant has totally made the character come alive. He's actually around the same age as I am and the two Dr's that were in that role when he and I were children were Tom Baker and Peter Davison. David has created his own rendition of the Dr. which has been highly influenced by their characters - of course not without adding much of his own flavour to the mix.
I'm a total Dr Who freak - especially since David Tennant has taken the part. I think I may have a slight crush on him *blushes*

Max - go and YouTube for series 4 of Dr Who - it's full of interesting twists along the way. The script writer is brilliant - he even manages to intertwine events from a couple of series ago into newer ones. I think it's just brilliance!!

I never saw old Doctor Who but this 1 is awsome and the way they presented new characters to give more background story is excellent.
you guys should givea chance to the spinoff called Torchwood.
