This didn't really work out all that well for Britney Spears but Lily Allen has certainly pulled a Britney by flashing photographers with no panties on while sitting with her legs spread in a sheer black dress. She has a cocktail in her left hand and is telling the photographers they are "number one" with her right hand.

Will Lily Allen follow the Britney Spears crotch shot tour with her own wild behavior that shows skin and tries to shock at each and every stop? Allen has already been caught in several compromising photos where she is in the buff and seems to be desperately seeking attention.

The British tabloids have reported that she "passed out" on her dads lap when she took a cab back to her hotel while in Cannes. The whole no underwear "flashing" craze is not new and lots of the young stars seem to "accidentally" flash when they are looking for attention. Even Angelina Jolie flashed her breasts on the balcony in Cannes.

Not very attractive and the smoking makes her even less so. Also kind of chunky. Is she supposed to be famous or something? Or does she just think she is and needs to do this to get some publicity?
