used to get stopped at the Border Patrol all the time (I used to work USBP) and his Mexican and has a really weird voice, too.

yes it is Maori marcell, we call it "moko". Traditionally it's not just the face that has it either... the thighs (like the samoan ones), etc, were done with a fine chisel in the old days...
