"After the Sunset" starring Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hayek

Jeepers Creepers, Easy Rider, Silent Hill, Man on Fire, Sum of All Fears, A Perfect World (somewhat), Identity, The Usual Suspects, Memento, Fallen, Seven, Saw, Darzil, and The Wickerman all have the bad guys win, according to my "research". It seems like the bad guys can win in horror flicks, but those are less plot driven and so it's not as interesting.

The original "The Hitcher" is another. The bad guy rips the girl apart between a couple of semi-tractors- but it's not shown. I dunno anything about the remake.

In the remake, he rips apart the girl's boyfriend, and it is shown. But he "loses" in the end. Also, Sophia Bush is really fucking hot in that movie.
