At Last the WHL Long Knives Come Out to Chop AVB

September 5th, 2012 No comments

Spurs Cockerel
Three games into the new EPL season and the Spurs fans have turned with a vengeance to stick the knife into the worst manager in world football the useless – AVB – André Villas-Boas.

We have no axe to grind with this guy and we are not going to go on a tirade of disparaging remarks about this clown.

We care too much about Tottenham Hotspur to drop down to the level of the infantile mindset of AVB who has not got a single idea about man management.

Here are a few comments from frustrated Spurs fans and what they think about AVB – André Villas-Boas.

•    IDIOT!! He’s the ONLY reason i’m not rooting for the Spurs currently, and I can’t imagine how many more regulars he’s impacted due to his lack of brains. Rot in Hell Andre Villas Boo-as.

•    As a Spurs fan, I wonder if you can understand how I feel when you have just watched you side play with no guile, cohesion, and inventiveness. Lucky not to lose. At home. But then you sit there and listen to the post match comments of AVB, it make me want to puke, really it does. AVB has got to go, he is useless

•    I said earier this week that Spurs fans were warned about this clown (AVB). Last season Spurs, after a nervous finish, just about finished 4th. This season they will be lucky to finish 4th from bottom if they continue with this clown.

•    Oh yes AVB wanted to get rid of Dawson who is Spurs through and thru, wants to play him now, How can Dawson be expected to play well for a manager who he knows doesnt want him really.

•    AVBs man management skills again,….Boy has he got some learning to do

Comments Attribution to The Sun UK.

This is unbelievable after only three games the situation can only get worse for AVB – André Villas-Boas.

This dummy has to go and has to go now!

AVB Now Officially the White Hart Lane Press Joke

White Hart Lane Press Joke
It had to happen to hapless dopey AVB – Andres Villas-Boas it is now officially accepted as the best way to showcase anything and everything that is going wrong in EPL and International football is just to refer to the mistakes as an AVB!

Like Roy Hodgson headlines today in The Sun on Sunday :-

•    I won’t do an AVB

The Sun on Sunday – quote – Roy Hodgson will not do an AVB and axe England’s old guard. – more – The England chief claims the Chelsea career of Andre Villas-Boas is a classic example of the wrong way to discard experienced players. – Attribution to The Sun UK

Roy Hodgson and The Sun have it spot on they know that the AVB acronym is the very best way to showcase and address any football subject or issue! Especially when all fans and supporters can turn it all into jokes that can echo around the EPL grounds around the UK.

However the pending sacking of AVB – Andres Villas-Boas will not be down to the UK Press treating the Spurs manager as the – Joke of the Week – Joke of the Day et al.

No the getting rid of AVB will be a serious matter and personally I would like to see ex Tottenham Hotspur manager David Pleat leading the drive to make sure the White Hart Lane exit for AVB is quick and at the same doing a damage control exit wherein Spurs do not get shafted to pay out millions (it will cost plenty but someone is needed to limit the amount) when the WHL exit door opens for AVB…

David Pleat who is Spurs through and through has a very astute football brain and has shown rock solid commercial acumen down the years. The dichotomy that Spurs are faced with is that club boss Daniel Levy will do nothing about AVB – Andres Villas-Boas as he is the one guy that is responsible for this managerial appointment disaster.

So that leaves the necessity to remove AVB there is no better or more capable hands to do this than David Pleat!

Bookies still have the Tottenham Hotspur manager as favorite to be the first EPL sacking of the new season!

Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Norwich City

AVB post match comment directed at Spurs fans – quote – ‘You have to accept their disappointment. It has not been the ideal start to the season, but it doesn’t mean that we haven’t been working hard to get the wins that our fans want.’

Maybe the Spurs fans will now  want the removal of both AVB and Daniel Levy!

World Sport Professional Cycling
Yet another great month for world sport coming up in September 2012

US Open Tennis Championship – Flushing Meadows in NYC – New York City showcasing Serena Williams – Novak Djokovic – Andy Murray – Roger Federer et al. Big news to date is Andy Roddick announcing his retirement from the professional tennis tour

Vuelta a España  – The Tour of Spain Professional Cycling featuring Alberto Contador – Christopher Froome and many more…

PGA Golf – This week sees the Deutsche Bank Championship at Bethpage Black followed by next week’s BMW Championship in Carmel, Indiana. These events apart  not much of importance left in a season that has seen a return to form of Tiger Woods with four wins to his name in the last 12 months and he is now back in the top 10 world rankings and next season will surely see The Tiger pushing to get back the coveted number one spot in PGA  world golf

Boxing – Relatively little  going on in pro boxing these days if it is anyone but Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather Jr then they are all hard pressed to sell out any professional boxing venue almost anywhere in the world. Boxing badly needs an up and coming ‘Big Time Charlie’ but as of right now no one looks likely to fill the bill. This is worrying as surely Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr are not going to be around after say  the next year to eighteen months before they both retire. The best boxing this week is HBO Boxing After Dark from Turning Stone’s 5,000-seat Events Center with WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin against Grzegorz Proksa in the headline event.

UFC – Now huge all around the globe fight nights are always sold out and pay per view satellite TV takings are in the $100s of millions of US dollars for each live event.

Big Event in September is UFC-152 in Toronto, Ontario Air Canada Centre where the headline fights will be :-
•    Jones vs Belfort
•    Benavidez vs Johnson
•    Bisping vs Stann
•    Hamill vs Matyushenko
•    Swanson vs Oliveira

USA Politics – Democrats versus Republicans US Presidential Election 2012
Not a sport in the traditional sense but Barack Obama versus Mitt Romney is a slugfest and it is not pretty and the rules of engagement – well there does not seem to be any as it is ugly – personal – disparaging with a guarantee that the winner will come from the dirtiest fighter there are no barriers to how low these two politicians will stoop to upend the other all that matters is who will be the next POTUS – President Of The United States. Please note the contest is free for all with no referee – umpire or ruling official.

Who will be the winner easy either the Democrat or The  Republican the race is too close to call…

EPL English Premier League
EPL Mid Week Round Up for Weekend August 25 – 26 2012

So the second weekend of the new EPL – English Premier League is over and here is a brief rundown on all the results and action

EPL Saturday August 25, 2012

Swansea City 3-0 West Ham United
Not much to say in favor of WHU 2-0 down at the break, then Swansea made it three and the game was all over leaving Big Sam and the West Ham squad a long journey back to London – time to dwell on where it all went wrong. A stellar start for new Swansea team boss Michael Laudrup maximum points six from six!

Aston Villa 1-3 Everton
Everton are firing on all cylinders two games two wins, one scalp being the mighty Manchester United. Great start for the Toffees who do not usually start a new EPL season on fire. Aston Villa look tired already only two games into the campaign looking set for a long hard season where success looks to be avoiding relegation at best.

Chelsea 2-0 Newcastle United
Chelsea have maintained the same form that saw them crowned Champions of Europe when they hoisted the Champions League Cup 2012. Now they have new arrival Eden Hazzard who looks and plays like a super star. CFC have played three and clear at the top of the EPL with 9 points. To the rest the chase is on…

Norwich City  1-1 Queens Park Rangers
Norwich a side that have all the signs of being a mid table none event team were up against QPR managed by the hapless Mark Hughes. For the five people in  the UK who may be interested the score was a one all draw. QPR are odds on for relegation and that will surely duly happen minus Mark Hughes who will get fired around Xmas and the new year time 2013.

Southampton 0-2 Wigan Athletic
It is tough in the EPL when newly promoted and you come up against a lively team like Wigan Athletic who showed the Saints that they are in for a tough season especially if all teams play like the visitors in this match they were set up well, creative as the two goals showed and had dare we say the word a hint that they have wee bit of class in the side. On this form one can expect to see Wigan Athletic sitting pretty in the middle of the EPL table. As for Southampton it will be a long hard season and the Championship trapdoor will be open wide, on this form the Saints have it all to do

Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 West Bromwich Albion
New Spurs boss clueless AVB – Andres Villas- Boas confirmed why he is hot bookies favorite for the first EPL manager to be sacked! Why Not? The bookies have it just right at odds of 1/2  as 1 point from 2 games means 19 points from 38 games which is automatic relegation!

EPL Sunday August 26, 2012

Liverpool 2-2 Manchester City
Well two teams who often deliver more BS than football but this game kept the fans happy as four goals were scored in the game. Two each so I suppose both sides will feel a point each is a point gained rather than 2 points lost. Liverpool on paper look like a very ordinary squad no change that a poor team. As for City I doubt whether they will be able to live with Chelsea and Manchester United this year and they will do well to finish the year third in the EPL

Stoke City 0-0 Arsenal
Britannia Ground home of Stoke City is a fortress backed up by maybe the most vocal supporters in the EPL. So visitors Arsenal never looked  like scoring and Stoke were not up for breaking out and leaving gaps that may have given the Gunners goal scoring opportunities. Stoke always line up the same way at home for all the visiting teams except the top four they will go for a win. But when the likes of Arsenal – Manchester United – Chelsea and any other team in the top four come to the Potteries. Stoke will park the bus and settle for a draw which they see as a point won.

Reading v Sunderland – Game Postponed

USADA Shocker as Rumors Abound of Illegal Blackmailing in Lance Armstrong Doping Case

August 25th, 2012 No comments

USADA

Legal experts and lawyers working for unnamed sources have gathered substantial evidence that when presented to a court of law may well prove that USADA has been acting criminally thereby breaking the law as they relentlessly pursued Lance Armstrong on unproven drug allegations.

The legal advocates are  fully aware that they cannot go to court and get a conviction and send an organization to prison. Hence the blackmailing claims bring into the spotlight the nauseating pasty faced CEO of USADA –  Travis Tygart aka Travis T. Tygart

The evidence all be it, as yet unsubstantiated imply if proven, that Travis Tygart has broken the law in his get Armstrong at all costs vendetta! The street talk in the cycling world is that two of the top stars (both American) of the professional cycling peloton have been blackmailed by Travis Tygart into giving evidence against Lance Armstrong

The buzz again only rumor but very strong rumor at that, is that the victims of this as yet  unproven criminal activity are George Hincapie and Levi Leipheimer

Expect to see this storyline in the US Law Courts in the coming five years…

Then the shit will really hit the fan in the cruel vendetta against Lance Armstrong

USADA Official Findings on Lance Armstrong

The anti-doping rule violations for which Armstrong is being sanctioned are:

1. Use and/or attempted use of prohibited substances and/or methods including EPO, blood transfusions, testosterone, corticosteroids and masking agents.

2. Possession of prohibited substances and/or methods including EPO, blood transfusions and related equipment (such as needles, blood bags, storage containers and other transfusion equipment and blood parameters measuring devices), testosterone, corticosteroids and masking agents.

3. Trafficking of EPO, testosterone, and corticosteroids.

4. Administration and/or attempted administration to others of EPO, testosterone, and cortisone.

5. Assisting, encouraging, aiding, abetting, covering up and other complicity involving one or more anti-doping rule violations and/or attempted anti-doping rule violations.

Big Mistake Ricky Hatton to fight Paulie Malignaggi in November 2012

August 22nd, 2012 No comments

Ricky Hatton to fight Paulie Malignaggi
Boxers oh dear how many times have we seen washed out pugilists return to the ring, Like this with punchbag fatty Ricky Hatton :-

He plans to announce a two-fight return and is keen to secure a TV deal to help his Hatton Promotions company promote the fight.

Lining up to fight Paulie Malignaggi in November 2012 in either MGM Grand Las Vegas or Madison Square Garden in New York City. Now there is nothing wrong with the venues or the millions of US dollars they will make from the fight. The problem is Ricky Hatton he is deluding himself that he has one top fight let alone two left in his sorely abused body. A body that in the ring that is topped off with a chin made of the finest glass in the world that even a hefty left or right jab would be enough to turn the lights out for Ricky Hatton. The man when he was at the top of his game could not taka a punch now after years – binge eating – excessive drinking – and sniffing and snorting lines of white ala cocaine what chance does his body have! The answer is No Chance!

But Ricky Hatton was always ruled by his head – so nothing much changes – and although the lights are often on in his brain – when you venture inside you find nobody is at home! All one finds are empty beer bottles – Big Macs and KFC – and the most stubborn of pea sized brains hollering – ‘I am the best boxer in the world – I am and I support Manchester City!’

To predict what will happen to Ricky Hatton if he steps into the ring against Paulie Malignaggi

Paulie Malignaggi Boxing Record
• Total fights 35 Wins 31 Wins by KO 7 Losses 4

Ricky Hatton Boxing Record
• Total fights 47 Wins 45 Wins by KO 32 Losses 2

But here is the problem facing Hatton – Malignaggi is not a heavy puncher but he has shown that outside the ring  he has a sharp brain and is very articulate. Hence if and when he gets back in the ring against Hatton he will subject the fatman to a boxing masterclass in a one sided points victory.

Then we all know what Hatton will say – ‘I was unlucky to lose I will fight again’ – YAWN!

AVB A Very Bad Loss at NUFC Opens Way For Harry Redknapp to Return

August 19th, 2012 No comments

NUFC - Newcastle United
Spurs fans are already after the hapless new coach super loser AVB – Andre Villas-Boas he takes the side way up north in the EPL season opener and instead of setting up for a draw which is a great result at fortress Newcastle home of NUFC. He goes for a win gets opened up by the Geordies who then smell blood and trounce Spurs 2-1!

This dopey coach has a lot to answer for, as for the umpteenth time in the EPL he has shown zero tactical awareness. EPL Teams simply do not play away at NUFC and play Newcastle United off the park … that is 99 times out of 100 not going to happen.

Yet the arrogant AVB – Andre Villas-Boas did just that in his first match in charge of Tottenham Hotspur then they crash and burn in a resounding defeat that looking at the way AVB has Spurs set up will be the start of a run of devastating defeats…

The UK bookmakers by Monday will have this inept clown as the favorite for the first EPL manager sacking of the new 2012-2013 English Premier League season. The loyal Spurs supporters are one of the most astute in English football and are sure to give AVB – Andre Villas-Boas a torrid time when Spurs play the first EPL home game at White Hart Lane!
•    AVB – A very bad coach get out now!
•    AVB – A very bad coach get out now!
Echoing from the packed terraces of White Hart Lane

Harry Redknapp to be back at the helm with Spurs by Christmas 2012 at the latest…

How on earth this inept coach ever got the job as manager of Tottenham Hotspur is beyond belief!

Robin ManU Persie Signs On At Old Trafford

Robin ManU Persie Signs On At Old Trafford

The best signing of the 2012 EPL close season is the sensational news that Robin van Persie is set to leave Arsenal and join the mighty Manchester United

The Old Trafford terraces will go wild about Robin van Persie
ManU Persie Tra-la-la la-la he is Robin players and scoring goals Tra-la-la la-la
ManU Persie Tra-la-la la-la he is Robin players and scoring goals Tra-la-la la-la

This is a stellar hallmark signing by super shrewd coaching legend SAF – Sir Alex Ferguson he buys in ManU Persie for cash payment of £22 million pounds then hands RVP an £18 million pounds pay deal so the package rounds off at a tidy £40 million pounds. But here is the kicker the guy is cheap at this price because if injury free OT get 3 seasons out of the 29 year old that is only just over £7 million a year for a player that will have notched in at least 60 goals plus in that time. £7 million pounds a year a lot of money to some but pin money to Manchester United as for his wages that is the going rate for top EPL players. The real upside is that goals scored often converts into matches won in both the EPL and the Champions League

However moving on to the benefits of the deal for Arsenal and the wily guru Arsene Wenger, RVP wanted out and Wenger always needs money and this way Arsenal bag £22 million pounds for a player with only one year left on his playing contract – so for the first player to be sold by Arsenal to Manchester United since Viv Anderson in 1987 this is a good deal all round both for the Gunners and the Red Devils.

Anyone think this article is biased and that I am a Manchester United supporter – dead right I am!

Robin ManU Persie Signs On At Old Trafford…

Bolt – Moura – RVP All Linked To Manchester United

August 7th, 2012 No comments

Manchester United
The mighty magnetic lure of one of the world’s premier sports brands Manchester United is so powerful and overwhelming that the fastest man in the world Usain Bolt wants to get signed on at Old Trafford only a day after winning Olympic Gold Medal in the men’s 100 meter race.

Here is what Usain Bolt has to say about Manchester United – quote – “People think I am joking. But if Alex Ferguson called me up and said, ‘OK let’s do this, come and have a trial’, it would be impossible for me to say No.  – more -“I would not take up the challenge if I didn’t think I was good enough. I am a very accomplished player and know I could make a difference.  – more -  “I would be the fastest player in the team — but I can play as well.”  – Attribution clip The Sun UK.

Brazil superstar Lucas Moura appears likely as one of SAF best signings of the 2012 close season. The exciting 19 year old midfield maestro looks set for Old Trafford although his agents seem to playing a game of brinkmanship at this time. But very soon all the hype and BS will settle down at which point – SAF – Sir Alex Ferguson will pounce and close out the signing of Lucas Moura. Even today the Sao Paolo player is being linked with PSG – Paris Saint Germain all of which seems like typical UK tabloid gossip and rumors

RVP – Robin van Persie looks destined to leave Arsenal and join the reds. The transfer saga of RVP is a long drawn out affair but super shrewd negotiator SAF looks likely to convince the Gunners to sell the Dutch striker for £20 Million pounds a lot of money, but a lot less than the £40 million Arsenal were looking for. At the twenty price this looks good business for the Old Trafford giants of EPL football as RVP has just past his 29th birthday and maybe another three seasons at the top in the EPL is all that can be guaranteed. He may well go on to be another Ryan Giggs and play top class football for another ten years, but there are no guarantees this will happen so £20 Million pounds to sign up Robin van Persie to Manchester United is a fair price.

Liam Gallagher and Wayne Rooney Having a Rug of a Time

Wayne Rooney Rug
The rivalry between Manchester City and Manchester United is not just on the pitch it audaciously over flows in to everyday life much to the amusement of Liam Gallagher who has Wayne Rooney in his sights!  The ex Oasis star who is an avid City supporter had this to say about Wayne Rooney – quote – ‘A balloon with a Weetabix crushed on top’ in reference to the United striker’s hair transplant.

What a hilarious comment allayed with a great commercial plug for Weetabix. So far as we know  Rooney has not bounced back at Liam with a ‘Ferret looking through a Lavatory Brush’ type retort.

The full quote from the Beady Eye frontman Liam Gallagher was – quote -  “I’m not having it. He looks like a f***ing balloon with a f***ing Weetabix crushed on top. – more – “He’s better off as a skinhead, isn’t he?”

Back to Weetabix good healthy food that may or may not stop ones hair from falling out or receding that fast as one welcomes a new ‘Yul Brynner’ look.

Regarding Wayne Rooney one has to say that his new look hairstyle makes him very  similar to a ‘ Walnut Whip Slapped atop a Lightbulb’

This story is not yet receding and will likely run into the winter when one is laid on the rug watching the EPL game when up pops Wayne Rooney with a wig of a goal!

Wayne Rooney is a first class header of the ball and has scored many EPL goals with headers! Some say he acquired this gift because when he was growing up he always ate Weetabix for breakfast! Seems like Liam Gallagher was not aware of this fact when he made the Weetabix jibe at Wayne Rooney!

GB Athletes are an Embarrassment at the 2012 London Olympic Games

July 31st, 2012 No comments

Liz Armistead
GB Athletes have got off to a dismal start at the 2012 London Olympic Games the GB medal count to date is derisory

Great Britain 2012 London Olympic Games Medal Count.

No Gold Medals

1 Silver Medals
•    Liz Armistead – Women’s Cycling Road Race

2 Bronze Medals
•    Rebecca Adlington – Swimming – Women’s 400m Freestyle final
•    GB Men’s Team – Gymnastics – Artistic

As at Tuesday morning, July 31, 2012 the above does not make pretty reading does it! The failures as an avid sports fan I am not even going to go there and comment on what went wrong – but I am bitterly disappointed in  how GB athletes have fared to date in the 2012 London Olympic Games Medal Count.

Needless to say the brutal UK tabloid press had high expectations but don’t they just love it once the athletes lose! The GB athletes have it real tough the press hype them up to impossible heights that they will never conquer, then when they fail the tabloids slaughter them on the way down. BRUTAL nothing more nothing less, it does not look good. However the facts are hard to disregard so far in 2012 London Olympic Games the GB sports stars have under achieved by a country mile. So as much as the UK tabloid press relish and thrive on failure, what else could they do other than lambast the GB Olympic under achievers.

Fortunately still many days left at the 2012 London Olympic Games for GB athletes to come good and win a ‘Sack Full of Gold Medals’ but right now that looks like a big ask that will not be fulfilled. Hope 100% that we are wrong and the GB sports stars pull out all the stops to win GOLD!

Is Vanessa Lawrens on her way to get Mario-ed in Manchester

July 30th, 2012 No comments

Vanessa Lawrens
These last two years and more it has been very difficult to keep up to speed with how Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli will play on match day. Namely will he turn on the magic score maybe two goals and get the man of the match award! That happens sometimes but in other games he plays, but may as well have not turned up!

But off the field he always turns up and indeed most of the time seems to pose for the paparazzi in an erect position, we suppose this is due to his burgeoning record as a lothario or as someone like Wayne Rooney would say in Manchester – quote – ‘Mario Balotelli is a serial – Knob Hound!’

We have some breaking news just in from Ibiza the Spanish Mediterranean island playground of the rich and famous  a mere ferry ride away from the sun kissed Costa Blanca. Mario Balotelli has just pulled a  new lover, she is sizzling hot French model Vanessa Lawrens! Now the question being asked around Manchester is will Mario Balotelli be bringing the super sexy Vanessa Lawrens to get Mario-ed in Manchester.

She has all the attributes that will keep Mario alert and erect! Watch this space for more news with this sports celeb gossip! At this moment in time Vanessa Lawrens is still a model but if she lands in Manchester then the audacious title of ‘WAG’ will be slapped on her courtesy of The Sun tabloid.

AVB Once Again Shows Lack of Man Management Skills with Luka Modric

July 25th, 2012 No comments

AVB – Andre Villas-Boas
Exactly one year ago Luka Modric was unsettled at Tottenham Hotspur with the media buzz abounding  with chat that Modric was going here there and everywhere! But the Spurs management team led by the astute and brilliant man manager Harry Redknapp settled the player and thanks to these mature organizational skills a problem between the Spurs club and the player Luka Modric never surfaced.

Fast forward one year to July 2012  Tottenham Hotspur is a very different club Harry Redknapp has been dramatically axed and CEO Daniel Levy turned to a ‘Clown’ as Harry’s replacement – AVB – Andre Villas-Boas. To glean an insight into this ‘Circus Act’ one has only to cross London to Chelsea where ask any Chelsea FC supporter about AVB – and the rest we cannot publish as Chelsea FC supporters swear more frequently than legendary Chelsea center back John ‘F**king’ Terry.

Chaos reigns at White Hart Lane Real Madrid are chasing to buy the mercurial midfield maestro but AVB have once again shown his hand :-
•    Showed he was incapable of dealing with Real Madrid with professionalism hence offsetting any club or player disruption
•    Re Luka Modric it seems he has not been updated on any imminent transfer and it looks like he has received no support from AVB – Andre Villas-Boas and/or Daniel Levy so he went AWOL. Since when he has returned back to White Hart Lane and been fined very heavily for his unauthorized absence.

What a shambles I have followed Spurs as my second team for over 30 years and seeing what is now going on in North London has even depressed the Tottenham Hotspur Cockerel!

We see no necessity to disparage a ‘Clown’ after all when you leave them alone one can laugh at them at will! We see no need to change the status quo.

Ryan Giggs and Footie Team Housed Near Blonde Girls in Olympic Village

July 19th, 2012 No comments

Olympic Village London 2012
Some people are so unlucky in life that they have to work harder than most to get genitalia to meet generating moments of sexual ecstasy! Ryan Giggs captain of the GB football team and his fellow team mates like Craig Bellamy –  Gareth Bale – Micah Richards have now found out they will be expected to perform on and off the pitch, because where they are staying in the Olympic Village is an area where the neighbors are blond hotties from the USA – Denmark – Sweden and Iceland!

Here is how this domestic inconvenience will affect midfield playmaker Ryan Giggs as off the pitch in the Olympic Village he will have to revert to what he does best namely – align his center stump up and take up a strikers position with the blondes as the sexual target conquests. But observers are confident that Ryan Giggs will be up for the post of main striker as he has done this with panache in the recent past with model Imogen Thomas then he delicately played some home games where he resorted to befting his own brother’s wife Natasha Giggs.

So all in all the sex games scenario looks all set for the GB football team and if – Craig Bellamy –  Gareth Bale – Micah Richards will not sexually service the blonde beauties, have no fear main striker Ryan Giggs will have no problem in getting laid with a bevy of blonde beauties.

London Humps as Sex Olympic Games Begin

July 18th, 2012 No comments

Olympic Sex Games
Athletes in the thousands have already arrived at London 2012 Olympics Village and the place is rocking and rolling in sex humping fiesta

So what is on the Sex Humping Menu

Olympic Sex Games – That means any way a gymnast can move is acted out between the sheets or sex al fresco Olympic athletes do not really care anything goes. As long as it is ‘Down n Dirty!’

BBWO  – Bare Back With Out – just dirty sex au natural sans protection. By all accounts London 2012 Olympics athletes just love sex humping bareback.

BBW – Bare Back With for the athletes who want to bump and grind with the intrusion of a condom to keep out the STDs. The athletes will have access to  50,000 more free condoms than Beijing supplied by the London 2012 Olympics committee

It is  a randy business athletes appreciate that not every competitor is going to win a gold medal! But in the London Sex Olympics that is different all together and the universal pledge amongst the sports stars is that whatever make sure all the girls get laid and all the boys get the legover.

Some quotes from previous Olympics Sex

US target shooter Josh Lakatos, 39.
•    “I’d never witnessed the debauchery seen at Sydney 2000 in my entire life.
•    “My apartment in the Olympic Village was like a brothel.

In some of the team sports say the boys team and the girls team would meet up
•    Then the whole of the girls team would get shagged by the boys team
•    The heady mixture of fitness and sex blends into sex orgies where the more the merrier.
•    We know it is not called the Sex Olympics 2012 but it should be as that is the stark reality, only a few win gold but everyone F**KS!

London Humps as Sex Olympic Games Begin…

Typical G4S Security Guard Scenario at the London Olympic Games

July 16th, 2012 No comments

Paul Thomas of The Daily Express
OK fast forward a few weeks let’s suppose it is day 3 of the London Olympic Games 2012. The first few days sales figures are just coming and topping the bill on sales are Polish Food Products

•    Kartoflanka – Potato Soup
•    Czernina – Duck Blood Soup
•    Grochówka – Pea and Lentil Soup
•    Golonka – Stewed Pork Hock or Knuckle
•    Kaszanka – Polish blood sausage, made of pork blood, liver, lungs and fat with kasza, spiced with onion, pepper and marjoram.

Quite frankly we were shocked to see so much Polish food being sold. So we went to look for one of Lord Coe’s Olympic team to see if anyone could offer an explanation. We came across a guy who looked like David Beckham a walking ‘Clothes Horse’ trying to look fashionable wearing a flat cap yes you guessed right – Made in Poland!

Anyway we approached the David Beckham look alike and asked him – ‘Do you work for the Lord Coe Olympic team and/or are you with GS4 the security company’ The Flat Cap started spinning atop his brow as his eyes narrowed to make him appear just like a ferret looking through a lavatory brush! His reply in perfect Polish was – quote – zalujace JA nie rozumiem co *f**k* wy mówicie o – roughly translated into English – quote – ‘Sorry I do not understand what the f**k you are talking about!’

Umm if that or similar is in store with the Lord Coe Olympic team and/or GS4 Security Guards we will be in for some Olympic fun and games!

Choc Ice Tweets
Mr. Rio Ferdinand please take note that everyman and his dog knows about your limitations in life, namely that due to being mentally challenged you are only physically capable of  doing two things in your life…
•    Kick a football
•    Switch on a mobile device and send Tweets

A litany of things Mr. Rio Ferdinand has difficulty managing
•    Keeping his mouth shut but please do us all a favor – ‘Please Shut the F**k Up!’
•    Please stop acting like an imbecile in public – Thank You
•    Stop all this abuse that you are turning out on Twitter
•    And keep out of the fallout of the acquittal of John Terry on racism charges the man was found not guilty in a court of law and that is the final definitive judgement. What happens now is none of your business Mr. Rio Ferdinand.

Now to comments on the rubric sending out a public Tweet disparaging Ashley Cole by calling him a ‘Choc Ice’ is out of order period. One more time Mr. Rio Ferdinand ‘Please Shut the F**k Up!’

The upshot of all this puerile behavior is that kids and budding up and coming footballers are seeing all this nonsense published on a daily basis. The FA should intervene and say enough is enough because all that Rio Ferdinand – John Terry – Anton Ferdinand – Ashley Cole and the likes are doing is bringing the sport of football into disrepute.

Come on all you ‘Champagne Charlies’ grow up you will not be playing top class football for ever there is a life after your career ends, that is if there is any of you left who do not get kicked to death on the way down!

John Terry is not a Racist

July 14th, 2012 No comments

John Terry
Now after five days of unwanted tawdry publicity all the world now knows that -  John Terry is not a Racist!

Hey wait on a minute that statement is only true in the eyes of the law, we have yet to see a public statement from the CPS – Crown Prosecution Service and the self promoting Police. These two public funded inept and inefficient public service providers are not going to stand up and admit that they wasted millions of pounds of the public’s hard earned money bringing this non- starter racism charge to court.

But there should be an enquiry into who made two decisions namely :-

Who in the Police made the decision to prosecute?

Who in the CPS – Crown Prosecution Service made the decision that the Police had a case and as such at vast public expense millions  of pounds were wasted in getting the racism trial to Westminster Magistrates Court

•    John Terry is not a Racist

However John Terry is :-
•    A self confessed philanderer
•    An overpaid EPL footballer
•    An extremely bad example of a sports role model
•    A foul mouthed man who does not care – “it’s handbags innit – It is what we do innit” is how he defends his abusive behavior on the football pitch.
•    A London born and bred braggart
•    Plus a host more negative characteristics too many to list here…

But there are much deeper considerations when one looks to see how the CPS – Crown Prosecution Service and the Police perform their duties in the UK – United Kingdom like:-
•    The botched News Corp phone hacking scandal ongoing for years with a public cost soaring into hundreds of millions of pounds – for what can anyone explain.
•    The futile attempt to convict Harry Redknapp on tax evasion charges.
Those two examples are just scratching the surface there are hundreds all in all costing Joe Public more than a billion pounds in paid taxes. Unbelievable that such dereliction of duty prevails on so big a scale in the UK!

John Terry is not a Racist…

Dr. Geert Leinders
As the world’s top professional  cycling  race the Tour de France 2012  moves into the real mountain stages a cloud of controversy seems to be hovering over Team Sky. In the race they are doing great, they have Bradley Wiggins leading in the GC and now in the coveted yellow jersey of race leader for 4 days. Then in the 3rd place on the GC they have Chris Froome so performance wise it would take a lot to be in a better position.

But Team Sky are handling the press abysmally and digging  a hole vis a vie the reputation of the team. Moreover they are rumblings of discontent in the peleton with leading rider Vincenzo Nibali coming out saying that Bradley Wiggins is showing no respect to Nibali on the road.

There is more to come as the press have questioned Team Sky boss Dave Brailsford about employing Dr. Geert Leinders on an 80 day contract. Brailsford gave this oblique reply – quote –  “I positively, 100% say there is no threat of anything untoward since he’s been with us. But there is reputation threat.” What a dopey reply Sky have spent millions on the team yet they do not employ a street wise PR spokesman.

Dr. Geert Leinders has some very negative  history in cycling including working with Rabobank when the team was caught up in a doping scandal. Then Dr. Geert Leinders was the doctor who took care of the disgraced serial doper Michael Rasmussen who is a lowlife with a name as tarnished as Floyd Landis in the sport of professional cycling.

This raises a big red flag where one could adorn the flag with lettering like – ‘Who is doping in Team Sky?’

Gentlemen’s Singles – Final
R.Federer v A.Murray

Bookmaker Odds

Roger Federer 1/2
Andy Murray 13/8

Our pre match forecast Andy Murray will be out played and out gunned on grass by the sublime skills and tactical awareness of champion supreme the one and only Roger Federer. In fact the pressure of the occasion could be too much for Andy Murray to handle, in which case Federer could steam roller over him to sink Murray in three straight sets. Another problem for Andy Murray will be the packed Wimbledon Center Court they will be down to a man partisan and pro Murray, but Federer will be aware of that and will be looking to get the match started with an early service break which will ratchet up the tension in the crowd putting more and more pressure on Andy Murray.

It will take more than the advice of coach Ivan Lendl to see Andy Murray being crowned Wimbledon Gentlemen’s Singles Final Champion 2012.

Federer to win in 3 straight sets!

Cavendish Out Sprints Greipel and Goss to win Tour de France Stage 2 in Tournai

July 3rd, 2012 No comments

Mark Cavendish
To people who follow professional road race cycling to see a new slimmed down Mark Cavendish riding for TEAM  SKY still having the sprint power to win a stage in the toughest cycle race in the world the Tour de France 2012  was indeed an impressive sight!

Tour de France 2012, stage two: Visé to Tournai, 207.5km
1. Mark Cavendish (GBr) Team Sky in 4-56-59
2. Andrè Greipel (Ger) Lotto-Belisol
3. Matt Goss (Aus) Orica-GreenEdge

In the final sprint scramble for the line Cavendish showed tactical awareness and great bike handling as the speeds fluctuated from above 50 km/hr to more than 70 km/hr as the power sprinters sit and wait to attack  as the team lead out riders set the pace at the front of the train. Typically teams lead out the cycle train with the team main sprinter in tow with the aim that the lead riders can stay in the lead to the final meters when they will shell off the train leaving the team sprinter to lunge for the line and victory. That is the normal way the sprint unfolds but in stage 2 of Tour de France 2012 at the finish in Tournai, Mark Cavendish was riding alone with no TEAM SKY riders in support and the final 200 meters  saw  ‘The Cav’ sweep past Lotto-Belisol’s Andrè Greipel and hit the line for his 21st stage win in the Tour de France

Form Insight
Mark Cavendish the reigning  World road race champion has his season built around the cycling road race in the London 2012 Olympics. But to get around the tough Olympics  course nine times up Box Hill in Surrey  and to have any chance of winning Cavendish has shed 8 pounds in  weight in the hope that he will be able to keep in the peleton and not get dropped. If he is  with the leaders as they climb Box Hill for the ninth and last time the SKY rider will have the opportunity to be there in the final sprint for the Olympics gold medal.

Euro 2012 Cup
Spain reign supreme in Euro 2012 as the far superior Iberian champions demolish Italy 4-0 in the final of Euro 2012. The hard facts are that Italy were never in this game, not a case that the Italians did not turn up. They were there OK but they were simply eclipsed as the rampant Spanish six man midfield combo locked the game down in the middle of the park, then sprayed the ball all across the park as goals from  Silva – Alba -  Torres – Mata simply overwhelmed the disconsolate Italians as they buckled under the Iberian onslaught.

The talented Italian national side looked impressive in the group games right through to the semi finals when they dispatched Germany 2-1. But once again come the final of Euro 2012  Italy inspired in previous games by impressive midfield playmaking by maestro Andrea Pirlo never got in the game as Spain claimed the triple crown – Euro 2008 Cup Winners – World Cup Winners 2010 -  and now became the first team ever to win back to back European Championships

Mario Hits Two Goals as Germany Exit Euro 2012

Mario Balotelli
NATIONAL STADIUM,

WARSAW,

POLAND.

That man again Mario Balotelli always in the news front or back page but take a bow Mario for today you are the headlines on the sports back page! Two sizzling goals 20 and 36 minutes were enough to send Germany out of Euro 2012. The opener was a sizzling header when Mario rose to bullet head home the  first goal as he got on the end of a cross ball delivered in by Antonio Cassano. Then only sixteen minutes later in the 36th minute hit a right foot screamer into the goal thanks to a beautifully weighted cross ball coming in from Riccardo Montolivo. That was that game over as Germany were cooked and all they could do was grab a penalty in second half injury time, but the penalty scored by Mesut Ozil was at best a symbolic gesture to confirm that there was in fact two teams on the pitch in this Euro 2012 Semi Final. Italy worthy winners on the day go through to the Final of Euro 2012.

So to the Euro 2012 Final Italy v Spain, not expecting a thriller but on form and with a touch of luck could see Italy crowned Kings of Europe in Euro 2012. Italy as usual will line up with defense in mind to prevent them conceding a goal as Spain advance in waves, but it is likely that all Italy will have to do is score one goal on the counter attack and that may well be enough to see off Spain in the Ukraine. Watch out for playmaker supreme Andrea Pirlo this guy come final day will arguably be the difference between the two sides, and if Andrea Pirlo takes control of the midfield then expect Spain to buckle as Andrea Pirlo sprays his passes all over the park.

Penalty Shootout

The first semi final of Euro 2012 and once more after 120 minutes of play the score was 0-0 between Portugal and Spain. So just as in the England v Italy game it was all down to the Penalty Shootout. This is tough on all sides and often the tension and the atmosphere that exists, means that for the victors often a degree of luck is involved as many players tend to miss scoring from the penalty spot for any number of unexpected reasons.

Euro 2012 in the last two games the result has been resolved through penalty shootouts. One has to wonder how FIFA react if the final last four game goes to a Penalty Shootout. Maybe the live spectators and the millions of TV viewers around the world should be offered an alternative to the penalty hit or miss solution. Certainly this high profile tournament has accentuated the doubts that exist as to whether the fairest way to decide match victors is from the penalty spot!

KIEV OLYMPIC STADIUM,
KIEV,
UKRAINE.

England could not score in a penalty shootout against Italy in Euro 2012 as Italy advance to the semi finals 4-2 on penalties. Luck no way! On the night after 120 minutes of play Italy had performed far better than England and although no goals had been scored Italy deserved to progress through to the final four of Euro 2012.

Euro 2012 Penalty Shootout

England in reality never looked like winning this quarter final as Italy were playing much better football as they hit the bar two times with 20 shots on goal. So when after it was all square after extra time all things being equal, justice was served when Italy won the game 4-2 on penalties, they were far the better team on the night.

England can look at the ball possession stats one more time, they tell the story if you do not have the ball to play with, it is very difficult to win a match especially when up against a top side like Italy.

England Play Deep To Top Group D Euro 2012 Beat Ukraine 1-0

June 20th, 2012 No comments

Donbass Arena,
Ukraine

Well done goes to England as they scramble to beat host country Ukraine 1-0 to claim 7 points and go through to the round of eight as Group D winners of Euro 2012 with France securing the other qualification spot. Master tactician Roy Hodgson the wily old new England coach has played his squad in a deep playing formation for all the three group qualifying matches and the result has been 2 wins and the initial draw versus France.

However this style of playing deep means that England get less of the ball possession here are the stats

Match Stats Ball Possession
England v France
England – 40%
France – 60%

England v Sweden
England – 52%
Sweden – 48%

England v Ukraine

England – 42%
Ukraine – 58%

The question that needs asking is will Roy Hodgson set up his team to play in a more attacking line up in the games to come in Euro 2012 as he knows that playing deep or ‘Parking the Bus’ in front of goal will not win this prestigious tournament and be crowned ‘Kings of Europe’ In the next game versus Italy the same game format may be OK as Italy will by tradition set up Italian style playing deep with an eye on counter attacking. The game will be tight and likely to see the victors win the game scoring the only goal of the match.

Then if England do win, they will be through to the semi finals where they will not be able to keep the big guns at bay by resolute defending it will not work – they will not get away with doing a Chelsea style CL 2012 defend at all costs strategy!

Keep watching it is going to be interesting!

Forget any doubts anyone had about Portugal striker Cristiano Ronaldo, form is variable but class is permanent as the Real Madrid talisman hits two wonder goals to send the Netherlands out of the Euro 2012 exit door.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Never underestimate the capabilities of a truly great footballer to perform on the big occasions, especially one with such sublime skills as Cristiano Ronaldo who for over a decade has been tutored and coached by the best football coaches of the modern era – SAF – Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United and the dynamic Jose Mourinho of Real Madrid.

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro sets Euro 2012 alight as he turns on super two goal game winning performance to send the Holland team packing, heading back home to Amsterdam after underperforming in three matches!

The very solid and talented Portuguese national team are coming into form at the business end of Euro 2012 – see no reason why they cannot go all the way to Euro 2012 Winners!

On paper the only thing that could possibly dislodge the now super confident Portugal is if they were to let the most inept and overated coach in history near the team, yes we are talking about the hopeless AVB – Andre Villas-Boas. Aside note for Tottenham Hotspur beware do not get hoodwinked by this imposter! Hate making predictions but it all points to Germany or Portugal as Euro 2012 Winners! As for rejuvenated England they do not look good enough and final eight looks as far as they will go.

The embattled Greek economy received an unexpected boost in Poland as Greece beat Russia 1-0 at Euro 2012. Now today is election day in Greece and voters are changing the names on the ballot papers and voting for super goal scorer Giorgos Karagounis to become the new Prime Minister after all he beat Russia single handedly so maybe he can now rescue the beleaguered Greek economy too!

null

Can anyone believe it, Greece are through to the quarter finals of Euro 2012!

The mighty Russian football team have been downsized and knocked out of Euro 2012 by the unheralded Greeks what a victory – what a celebration, well done Greece and thank you to winning goal scorer Giorgos Karagounis. What a performance, well done to all the team squad and the coaching team, this is what makes great sporting events exciting and entertaining!

The victory news has created havoc in Syntagma Square in downtown Athens as the crowd mingled expecting some politician to announce the end of all the austerity measures and the welcome news that Greece is going to exit the Euro economy! England 2-3 Sweden Wellbeck Hits Winner

June 16th, 2012 No comments

Kiev Olympic Stadium,
Kiev,
Ukraine

England turn on a gritty determined grafting performance to down resolute Sweden in 3-2 thriller. England are not yet through to the EURO 2012 quarter finals but this win over Sweden was a massive step in the right direction.

But before we discuss the performance on the pitch, we believe a big ‘Thank You’ should go to the experienced old trooper Roy Hodgson the wiry astute England coach! This guy has been there done that so many times that he now has the special ability to explain to his players what to expect on the pitch and if play goes against them and how to deal with it.

Exactly as it all unfolded versus Sweden – England slotted home an early goal to take the lead with a 23rd minute header from Andy Carroll, then Olof Melberg got two back to back goals (one credited as Johnson OG) to gain a 2-1 advantage to Sweden. Now in the past often with England this deficit would have deflated the squad and the likely result would have been to lose the game. But that is not what Roy Hodgson will accept from his players and England dug deep and got on with the job of scoring goals and winning the match.

What a fine comeback it was too! Theo Walcott popped up with a 25 yard equalizer in the 64th minute to make it 2-2 on the night then England sensed they could grab a winner and in the 78th minute Danny Welbeck got on the end of a fine cross from Steven Gerrard and the ball was in the back of the net!

Joking aside on face value this looks like an almighty blunder that has been made by Daniel Levy Spurs owner in football terms the sacking makes no sense or reason! Prior to this bombshell there was a lot of unrest amongst the top players, expect to see the exit door revolving as Luka Modric – Gareth Bale – Rafael van der Vaart seek new clubs to play for!

If the new manager does happen to be David Moyes he will have a tough job improving on Harry’s very impressive record with Spurs 3 top-five finishes in only three years at the helm.

A sad day in the history of the great Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

England Hold Out For a Draw Against France 1-1

New England manager Roy Hodgson proves once again his ability to get the best out of a mediocre squad of players as England hold France 1-1 in Euro 2012 opener. Actually one point is a great result for the Three Lions considering France are the group favorites, and on paper all the England games look tough so a point in the bag will do for starters! But taking a look at the headlines in the UK tabloids readers would be forgiven if they were misled into thinking this was 1966 World Cup all over again!

This is more realistic :-
England 1 France 1: Hodgson’s men off the mark as Three Lions share draw with Group D heavyweights in opening match – The Daily Mail

Back to the match in any other game the chance squandered in the 26th minute by the averagely gifted James Milner should have been ‘A Goal’ and a potential game changer. But it was not to be, and the reality is that England had to dig deep to hang on for the 1-1 draw!

England on this performance will likely need the return from suspension of super striker Wayne Rooney as it seems certain they will need to win the last group game against Ukraine if they are going to progress to the next round of Euro 2012. If Rooney can score and help England to a win against Ukraine, then who knows they will have done better than expected plus with shrewd tactician Roy Hodgson at the helm he may be able to get the team to raise their game and push them through to the semi finals of Euro 2012.

Shock Blonde Mayor Boris Johnson is Perfect as London Host for the Olympics 2012

May 17th, 2012 No comments

The Summer Olympics 2012 is almost with us and thankfully the voters have voted in Boris Johnson for his second term of office as The Mayor of London.

This is great news as loud ebullient Old Etonian Boris Johnson exudes a loud brash elite style of presence but he is also very warm and is perfect as the London Olympics voice box to offer a generous and warm welcome to all the athletes who will compete in the London Olympics 2012. Not forgetting all the millions of fans who will throng London they will love Boris because the guy is a class act of an outgrown schoolboy who is still blessed with a wicked sense of humor and a stick dry lash of wit from his nonstop babbling mouth

The Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games is on Friday, July 27, 2012 – and last for over two weeks

May 12th, 2012 No comments

There is cool buzz in the busy streets of London Town one can almost feel and taste that 2012 is a very special year because London hosts the Summer Olympics 2012 and what a spectacle we are in for.

Take for example a number of overseas road racing cycling teams came over to ride the Olympics cycling road race course last week but the teams were in for a surprise as when they approached Box Hill the road was blocked – the road was being resurfaced and the contractors were laying hundreds of tons of new tarmac on the road to make sure the famous Box Hill was in perfect condition ready for the two prestigious races the men’s Olympics cycling road race and the women’s Olympics cycling road race.

There is just so much to look forward to and several areas of this great capital city are being used for the vast array of Olympics sports that thousands of stars are involved all with one single objective to win a coveted Olympics Gold Medal!

Blackburn Rovers Relegated May 7 in Loss to Wigan

May 8th, 2012 No comments

The agony is over for the beleaguered Blackburn Rovers as they finally drop through the EPL – English Premier League trapdoor as they lose at home to Wigan Athletic 0-1

So what went wrong – that cannot be correct what went right – NOTHING!

Starting from the top down the Indian owners Venkys are USELESS they have not got a clue about basic football let alone being trusted with the ownership of an EPL team like Blackburn Rovers

Steve Kean is a wally or better still a COMPLETE WALLY! Has acted more like a muppet than an EPL manager the bottom line with this inept so called coach is that he is simply not up the task of being capable of managing a successful EPL team

Finally the players all who’s confidence is shot they had virtually no chance of surviving way back in August 2011 so it has been agony, it will be a long time before they get re-organized and are seen back in the EPL in the near future!

Bradley Wiggins set to win 2012 Paris-Nice Spring Classic

March 11th, 2012 No comments

Today sees the final stage of one of professional cycling’s great stage race often referred to as the ‘Race to the Sun’ as the bikers ride south for six days from the cold in Paris to meet the sun in the fabulous playground of Nice in the first spring calendar classic of the racing season.

But today is the last stage and it is very special as Team Sky British superstar Bradley Wiggins ia leading by six seconds overall and is favorite to win. His main challenger 6 seconds adrift is Lieuwe Westra from the Nederlands riding for Vacansoleil-DCM. The last stage is a time trial which Wiggins usually excels in but the stage is difficult as it mainly uphill and all riders have to conquer the slopes of Col d’Eze nine kilometers plus of torture but the Team Sky leader is up for it and had this to say – quote – “There’s no point me sitting on the start line going: ‘I wonder how Lieuwe Westra is today? I wonder if he’s got the legs?’” – more – “It’s every man for himself – you can’t hide on Col d’Èze. ” – more – “My biggest adversary will be myself, how I prepare and how I get in the zone. Other than that, I’m not thinking about anything else.”

Team Sky have been in great form last season and at the start of this season and there will be huge disappointment in the team if they do not pull off victory in Nice. But team morale is high and the management team are very experienced with dome of the best motivators in the business. Hence we forecast Team Sky to win Paris-Nice 2012.

If Bradley Wiggins can win the 2012 Paris-Nice Spring Classic then he will become the first British rider to win the ‘Race to the Sun’ since the late great Tom Simpson in 1967

Is the Drop a Certainty for EPL Side Wolves

March 10th, 2012 No comments

As of March, 10, 2012 – Five clubs have become detached from the rest in the EPL – English Premier League table they are Wigan Athletic – Blackburn Rovers – QPR aka Queens Park Rangers – Bolton Wanderers – and finally Wolverhampton Wanderers aka Wolves quite frankly there is not much to chose between these teams as they all on form, do not have the quality and the grit needed to climb up the table.

Let us look briefly at QPR managed by the hapless Mark Hughes with only 22 points they are poor when playing their best. Then we have Blackburn Rovers also on 22 points with little form and a manager Steve Kean who quite frankly does not look up to the task of keeping the Rovers up. Next also on 22 points are the Birmingham side Wolves who recently showed the door to Mick McCarthy and upgraded Terry Connor into the hot seat – but they look clueless and seem set to drop out the EPL – English Premier League come May this year when all the talking will be over as they get relegated down to the Championship League. Next in the shakedown are Bolton 20 points who are arguably the best of all these five teams but for some unknown reason they are not firing off this season. Then at the very bottom also on 20 points we have Wigan Athletic who are shall we say struggling period.

Is it down to these 5 teams oh yes for sure as the gap between QPR and next team above in the table Aston Villa is eight points yes a massive 8 points as Villa already look safe as they have notched 30 points and they have 11 games to play to reach the mystical 40 points that usually ensures EPL football for one more season. But the reality is that if any of the present bottom five get 35 points come May I will be surprised!

So to drop out the EPL it has to be Wolverhampton Wanderers aka Wolves – plus any two from four – Take Your Pick!

Neil Warnock Set to be Leeds United Manager

February 2nd, 2012 No comments

Leeds United axed manager Simon Grayson after they were drubbed 1-4 at home to Birmingham City. Then quick as a flash Neil Warnock has thrown his hat in the ring for the job of getting the once mighty Leeds United back in the EPL Premier League.

Neil Warnock would be perfect for Leeds United, this guy has an impressive record in football club management. To the degree that (the has been or never was in management terms) Mark Hughes who replaced him at QPR has a much worse management record than the seasoned campaigner Warnock who must surely be in the box seat to land the Leeds United job.

Neil Warnock is available since he was fired by QPR although his QPR record was impressive – Won 33 – Lost 24 good by most people who know about football of course Tony Fernandez the QPR owner knows zero about football as he showed when he fired Neil Warnock and replaced him with hapless Mark Hughes.

Most experts would expect Elland Road Leeds to be buzzing if Neil Warnock is the new manager of Leeds United. Plus based on the latest Championship table Warnock must fancy getting the chance of two consecutive promotions QPR last season and as a long shot for this year Leeds United.

Carlos Tevez Agent Kia Joorabchian More Faces than a Town Hall Clock

January 31st, 2012 No comments

Rotten apples usually all lie in the bottom of the box and that is certainly an appropriate place for football agent Kia Joorabchian and two smelly apples that he is agent for the braindead Carlos Tevez and the hapless clueless QPR manager the serial loser Mark Hughes. The way that these three conduct their business and carry on in public is disgraceful!

The latest sham from these greedy individuals is for Mark Hughes to offer to take Carlos Tevez on loan from Manchester City to QPR for the rest of the EPL season. Then to compound the felony Hughes has dressed up the deal with the charade that Carlos Tevez playing for QPR will help to ensure that Manchester City will be able to be crowned the EPL Champions come May 2012.

The QPR manager Mark Hughes said: “If he did come, he would be playing against teams and possibly help City win the league.”

Baloney – total BS – this is just a way for you all to make some money to further line the pockets of Kia Joorabchian – Carlos Tevez and Mark Hughes!

Of course for the uninformed Kia Joorabchian is also agent for Mark Hughes – so it looks like they are all p**sing in the same pot!

EPL Football is rotten and right at the top are rotten apples Kia Joorabchian – Carlos Tevez and Mark Hughes!

Gary Glitter Super Bowl Final 2012 Rock and Roll Part II

January 31st, 2012 No comments

The pompous righteous straight backed UK tabloid The Daily Mail are running a story on Gary Glitter – here are the headlines and the first line :-

Paedophile Gary Glitter to pocket thousands of pounds in royalties when hit is played at Superbowl final

Convicted child molester Gary Glitter is in line to make hundreds of thousands of pounds when his 1972 hit Rock and Roll Part II is played at the Super Bowl final next month. – Attribution to The Daily Mail

Shame on The Daily Mail and as for the reporter what right have you to harangue and disparage Gary Glitter in that way!
OOPS Silly me of course without using the words ‘Paedophile’ – ‘Convicted child molester’ there is no storyline…

I guess I am so dumb because we never drop down to the level of the gutter press to get a story at any cost. The irony is that The Daily Mail does not need to run stories like this as they usually have a raft of great news!

Gary Glitter aka Paul Francis Gadd has done his time served his prison sentence and has not re-offended and if he wants to earn a few quid because they will play Rock and Roll Part II at the 2012 Super Bowl Final – Then he should be allowed to without all The Daily Mail BS!

January 29th, 2012 No comments

There is a chump who plays for AC Milan called Kevin-Prince Boateng and he is out with a groin injury that will keep him out of action on the football pitch for at least a month

But there is new bizarre twist in the injury mystery the mentally challenged Kevin-Prince Boateng has been shagging a WAG who claims to be a supermodel named Melissa Satta who has now told the press that the groin and/or thigh injury is directly due to Mr Kevin-Prince Boateng having sex up to ten times a week with WAG Melissa Satta!

Melissa Satta – quote – ‘The reason why he is always injured is because we have sex seven to 10 times a week. – more – ‘I hate foreplay, I want to get straight to the point,’ – more – ‘My favourite position is on top so I can take control.’

Please pass me the sick bag, I want to throw up! How is this news UNBELIEVABLE

Thank god for footballers you could not make up this BS.

We have all read or heard fairytale story where the hero embarks on a journey, encounter trials and tribulation, return home to save the day for his homeland and all is well. You will know that in reality, things hardly happen that way. In case of footballer, its even much less likely to happen especially when you are 34 years of age as Thierry Henry is when he made and appearance as a substitute on his return to the club where he is a living legend.

Henry, who is Arsenals all time goal scoring hero with 226 goals scored for the club in his eight years of playing for Arsenal before moving to Barcelona. With 2 months on his hand because American soccer season is on holiday, Henry has been training with his old club Arsenal.

Arsenal manager who sign Henry for the club saw that Henry still has his old goal scoring prowess in him and sign him on load for just under two months. Arsen Wengers faith was re payed when Thierry Henry scored the decisive goal that break the deadlock in the lack luster FA cup 3rd round game between Arsenal and Leeds, sending Arsenal to the forth round of the draw.

British number 1 tennis player Andy Murry won the Brisbane International Final had a comfortable victory over 3rd seed Alexandr Dolgopolov of Ukraine.

Murray won nine straight games from 1-1 in the first set and, although Dolgopolov rallied, easily wrapped up the title.

“I’d like to say sorry to Alex; he had a problem with his leg,” Murray said.

“It’s my first week with this new team and it was good. Mr Lendl – he’s up there somewhere, hiding,” he added of new coach Ivan Lendl.

“I really enjoyed it. Hopefully it’ll bring more success in the future.”

The one slight concern for the world number four and his new coach will be a drop in concentration in the second set which allowed Dolgopolov to fight back from 4-0 to 4-3.

Murray had a fairly successful 2011, he is expected to do even better in 2012 with his new coach the legandarly Ivan Lendl.

Suntherland 1 – Manchester City 0- As City taste first defeat of the season

Suntherland V Manchester City

Suntherland V Manchester City

Very little change on the top of the premiership after the new year fixtures were played. Manchester United who were hot on the heels of Manchester City were beaten yesterday by Blackburn. If Manchester City had beating Suntherland today, they would have open up a significant lead over United, their Manchester rival. Instead, a last minute stoppage time strike by Ji Dong-won saw Suntherland dent Manchester City’s aura of invincibility.
An excellent report of the game on BBC website goes something like this:
Ji Dong-won’s injury-time winner earned Sunderland a superb victory over Premier League leaders Manchester City.

City were aiming to capitalise on Manchester United’s loss to Blackburn, but came up against a determined display by Martin O’Neill’s side.

Nicklas Bendtner and Stephane Sessegnon were denied a goal either side of the break, with Edin Dzeko and Micah Richards both hitting the woodwork.

But with the last kick of the game, Ji rounded Joe Hart to win it.

It was a breathless end to a pulsating second half as the Korean substitute latched onto Sessegnon’s through ball following an isolated counter-attack, before calmly finishing.

And it was a rich reward for a performance which would leave defensive coaches drooling such was their energy all over the pitch and their steel at the back.

Carlo Ancelotti takes over at PSG – Paris St Germain

December 29th, 2011 1 comment

Qatar Investment Authority – QIA – Money bags owners of French Football League leaders PSG – Paris St Germain have moved in superstar manager Italian Carlo Ancelotti on £110,000 a week over 2½ years totaling £14.3m making him the highest paid boss in French football.

This great move by QIA could open the doors to sign former England captain the much travelled David Beckham who it is understood has been offered £160,000 a week deal for 18 months.

This is a ton of money for both Carlo Ancelotti and David Beckham but these days in world football, you get what you pay for. Which means for the top managers and best players the salaries are in millions of pounds.

PSG are said to be close to signing Kaka from Real Madrid and are also considering a bid for Chelsea forward Florent Malouda who played under Carlo Ancelotti when he was the Blues manager.

French left wing politicians are up in arms at the salaries PSG – Paris St Germain are able to pay to bring in the best – but who cares about the politicians sounds as though they are just jealous!

Berbatov hits Stunning Boxing Day Hat Trick v Wigan

December 27th, 2011 1 comment

Manchester United 5 – Wigan 0

Manchester United V Wigan

There is one undisputable fact about footballers in the EPL – English Premier League some are steady reliable journeymen. They play week in week out ‘Steady as a Rock’ never letting the team down yet never grabbing the headlines. Then you have the top players whose best form comes and goes, experts say ‘Form is variable – Class is Permanent’ this is the category they fit into like the great veteran Manchester United superstar Ryan Giggs – John Terry the Chelsea center back – Ashley Cole another Blues player who is one of the best full backs in the world – Joey Barton fans love him or hate him but he is without doubt one of the best midfield players playing in the EPL today.

Then you have the rare breed the flair players the players that can do unbelievable things with ball, play the game so skillfully in a relaxed manner – that to watch they make football look easy! They are special and only a few come along every generation. In 2011 Spurs have one in the mercurial Luka Modric who plays football like a dream as he jinks – twists and glides over the turf with the ball under such tight control one may think it is tethered to his feet – such are the amazing skills of this wonderfully creative midfield genius.

Then one has to travel up north to Manchester to find a striker – a goal poacher extraordinaire – the laconic goalmouth magician Dimitar Berbatov. Now this genius is a luxury that only the very rich clubs can afford to keep on the payroll, because they do not play often – not because they are injured – but as in the case of Dimitar Berbatov who only wants to play in the box and has a reluctance to play and work for the rest of the team. But when guys like Dimitar Berbatov play they are electric like on Boxing Day when Dimitar Berbatov scored a magical hat-trick as United hammered a 10-man Wigan Athletic side 5-0

Has Cristiano Ronaldo Bagged in Irina Shayk the WAG of the Year

December 24th, 2011 No comments

It is well known that when he arrived in Manchester as a teenager that when football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was not playing football, folks that know him say he has a wicked eye always on the lookout for ‘Eye Candy’ ie beautiful women. When he played for Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo was known as a ‘Man About Town’ often seen with Wayne Rooney and others in the WAG infested night clubs in and around Manchester and the nearby towns.

Then he got the £80million dream move to Spain to join the La Liga giants the mighty Real Madrid where on the pitch he has been a revelation scoring 86 goals in 79 appearances.

However off the pitch with the ‘Eye Candy’ Cristiano Ronaldo has ditched his Manchester style bed hopping and for over a year now has been dating super WAG top Russian supermodel Irina Shayk!

RVP – Robin van Persie beats Thierry Henry Arsenal Goal Score Record

December 23rd, 2011 No comments

Two of the all time ‘Gunners’ greats are modern day sporting superstars Robin van Persie and Thierry Henry. Both can be categorized as great goal scorers both in the EPL – English Premier League and the CL – Champions League not forgetting of course a hatful of goals they have each scored for their national teams RVP – Holland and TH – France.
But it is at the old Highbury stadium and the new Emirates Stadium where Robin van Persie and Thierry Henry have excelled for Arsenal FC.

Robin van Persie has just equalled Thierry Henry’s Arsenal record for scoring 34 Premier League goals in a calendar year.

The Dutchman has scored 34 times in 2011 and has two matches left this year to try and beat all time EPL record of 36 by Alan Shearer in 1995.

RVP – Robin van Persie had this to say – quote – “It is a big honour to equal Thierry’s record because he is probably the best player Arsenal ever had. ” – more – “To achieve what he did in a year is really special. It makes me proud.”

EPL Incompetence Award of 2011

December 22nd, 2011 No comments

Well as one would expect there was a whole boat load of contenders for the ‘EPL Incompetence Award of 2011’

The list is almost endless starting with Alan Pardew boss at Newcastle United who is similar to a Yorkshire Pudding all soft and covered in onion gravy. EPL players hundreds are in the shuffle but arguably standing alone as the ‘Prat of the Year’ is Manchester City want away striker Carlos Tevez. EPL Managers a heap of no hopers but right at the bottom where he belongs is Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean – who should be called the ‘Great Survivor’ but he is still in a job thanks to the winners of the ‘EPL Incompetence Award of 2011’ the unbelievably incompetent owners of Blackburn Rovers the Indian company Venky’s.

Runners up take your pick from Joey Barton – John Terry – Mario Balotelli – Ashley Cole – Mike Ashley – Peter Crouch – Luis Suarez and so on the names just keep rolling off the keyboard.

In EPL football there is the helpless like Blackburn Rovers. Then the useless owners like Venky’s of Blackburn Rovers. All topped up with the worst manager to ever manage an EPL football team Steve Kean, and believe me that is some statement as there have been some bad ones down the years.

But we understand that a Venky’s chef started to spit roast Steve Kean early on Wednesday morning and when he is done he is going to be minced up into Steve Kean Pies. Then the Venky’s to appease the Blackburn Rovers fans will hand out Xmas sacks filled with mini Steve Kean Pies.

Will Didier Drogba leave AVB led Chelsea FC

December 20th, 2011 No comments

The end of year EPL transfer window is now open and the tabloids are full of transfer news speculation and pages of gossip and rumors.

But one thing is certain down at Stamford Bridge Chelsea FC is not a happy camp either on the pitch – off the pitch – or in dealing with the hapless clueless manager AVB. Many players are unsettled and when they are on the pitch look like they could not care less!

Didier Drogba is one exception he is on fire, and playing out of his skin, but the problems lies with the dummy who is the manager AVB, so one has to ask will Didier Drogba say enough is enough and leave to join a new club. AVB has been dithering about offering the striker a new contract and it looks to outsiders that AVB has lost the confidence of most of the dressing room. So in our opinion if the best player they have on current form decides to leave then surely Lampard and others will jump off the sinking Stamford Bridge ship!

Tebowing is one of the Top 2011 Buzz Words

Americans often have an undefineable connection between God and Sports. We are not going to pursue the positives or negatives of such analogies. But there is power and status behind any combination relative to sports and God. Hence when  less than three months back a new buzzword website was launched on the internet  Tebowing aka Tebowing.Com the site was an instant viral success and has now been elevated as the in word of the year and millions of Yanks are Tebowing!

Now quite frankly we have an open mind about Tebowing namely is it for real when a sports star gets down on one knee to pray in the middle of a live sports event  or is Tim Tebow just trying to look like a vagina in public!

Will Ronaldinho sign with Blackburn Rovers ?

January 6th, 2011 No comments

After a long talk with Ronaldinho’s manager, Venky’s representative has offered a deal of about £20 million for three years of playing. According to Venky’s Anuradha Desai, the 30-year-old football player is really keen to play in English Premier League and that is exactly what Rovers are placing their bets on. Moreover, it seems that not only Ronaldinho is under Blackburn’s radar but also the 35-year-old player of Los Angeles Galaxy, David Beckham.

Not only Blackburn is interested in Beckham but also Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United as well. As well, Ronaldinho is wanted by Brazilian clubs Palmeiras, Gremio and Flamengo but it seems that the offer placed by Blackburn is very tempting for AC Milan leaders and also for the player, in terms of wages and possibility to play in English Premier League.

Ronaldinho left Barcelona in 2008 for AC Milan but quickly lost his place in the first 11 when Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho signed with the club last summer. The offer for the 30-year-old player is, according to Desai, as following: £6.5 million for the first year and £7.2 million for the second and third year, leading to a total of £20.9 million for a three-years contract.

Blackburn’s manager Steve Kean stated that he does not know how far the discussions between Indian owners and Ronaldinho’s representative have reached however he would be more than happy to train a twice World Player of the Year that could really add the spark needed by Rover football team. The rumours about acquisitions do not end up here while Desai also added that she is looking for other players as well, one of them would be the former Blackburn’s player Damien Duff.

Fulham 0 – Liverpool 1

April 5th, 2009 No comments

Liverpool moved to the top of the Premiership yesterday in a dramatic way. Yossi Benayoun scored an injury-time winner which Fulham could not respond to. It looks as if the game was going to end in draw if not for Benayoun’s stoppage time goal.

Liverpool are perhaps temporarily ahead of Manchester United by two points however Manchester United has two games in hand, if Man U win both games they will move to the top by 4 points ahead of Liverpool.
Before the dramatic win, Andrea Dossena hit the bar twice – each time with a header, Xabi Alonso volleyed against the bar and Fernando Torres dragged a shot against the post.
